This is another favourite home designed by Mariah O'Brien. It's located in Santa Monica and it's just as inviting, energetic and eclectic as the last home - but not quite as bright. And the cute Boston Terrier is a bonus. :)
Mariah O'Brien is a Los Angeles-based interior designer who has worked with tons of celebrities including Megan Fox, Flea, Giovanni Ribisi, and Patricia and Rosanna Arquette to name just a few. I absolutely love her style - because she doesn't really have one. It's pretty eclectic which is what I love about her. I am all for interiors that are unexpected, unexplained, and uncommon. She injects into spaces just the right amount of pizzazz with colour, pattern, texture, sparkle and fabulous artwork. I got my hands on tons of photos from several of her projects (thanks PR peeps!) and this home in Los Feliz that is a favourite.
Classic and elegant, striking and stylish or casually chic. Different rooms, different roles but always dramatic. From treading the boards on Broadway to now an interior design career Adam Hunter knows how to bring his designs to centre stage. Traditional meets contemporary but always with a star quality.
Homes that are welcoming. Homes that are genuine. Homes that reflect their owners. Homes by Los Angeles based interior designer Mark J. Williams. Designs that are causally elegant, layered with texture and pattern. Rooms that are rich with the house's historyand the family's presence.
It's been ages since I blogged the work of California interior designer Jamie Bush. I love mid-century spaces so I'm a big fan of his as MCM seems to be one of his specialities. And he might have an ever bigger crush than I do on Serge Mouille lighting.
