Delicious indecision
I can't make up my mind. Which room makes my spine tingle the most? The living room? The kitchen? The bedroom? Perhaps the bathroom? Why choose? This Pimlico house by Rose Uniacke is divine.

Interior designer Margaret Naeve Parker of M Naeve combines contemporary pieces with antiques found in her travels in Belgium, France and Scandinavia. Hers is a restrained approach with an emphasis on texture and a muted palette. What strikes me most is even with her love of beautiful, old pieces these rooms feel fresh and modern, timeless and sophisticated.
The houses may be traditional in their bones but interior designer Nicolo Castellini Baldissera takes them to the next level with his inventive use of colour and pattern. Vibrant and full of life his rooms are a mix of antique and new with treasures collected along life's journey, enriched with the vibrant hues of which he is so enamoured. Traditional with a twist.
A charming country guesthouse with bare beams above and stone floors with Aubusson rugs underfoot. Think over-plump down-filled pillows on French Provençal chairs to lounge in, scrubbed long tables for dining and everywhere something pretty to catch your eye. Not my usual choice but then a bed and breakfast should be an escape from the everyday urban grind. Interior styling by Susan Burns.
