Restaurants of NYC

Thanks to Lena for sending me the link to photographer Noah Kalina's site. This photographer is attempting to photograph every single restaurant in New York City...empty. And so far he's done a spectacular job at capturing some beautiful and creative spaces around the city. You can imagine the doors opening and the spaces filling up with people out to enjoy wonderful meals and great company. If I didn't want to go to NYC before, I sure do now! Hans Zeegers of Amsterdam is one of my new favourite photographers. His portfolio left me gasping for air. He has photographed some breathtaking spaces in such perfect light. And 'perfect' is a perfect word to describe the following photos.

Annie Schlechter

I love the photography of Annie Schlechter. Admittedly she has the opportunity to photograph beautiful rooms for the leading shelter magazines such as World of Interiors, Domino and Wallpaper, but great rooms do not make a great photo. Annie manages to capture the richness and spirit of a room through her viewfinder focusing in on their soul. Lovely rooms but stunning images. You must not miss her portfolio.
