Black and white home

I love this spread of an Amsterdam home from an Elle Decoration magazine I have. The colour scheme in every room is black and white so what's not to love? Hard to believe this place is 200 years old.

OMG!

Kim has warned me not to do this but I can't help myself! So so wrong. Furs on the ceiling are not good karma but OMG isn't it confronting. Check out the rest of the house here.

Art wall

This has to be the best art wall I've ever seen. Notice that everything is framed in white. This adds a common element to the diverse selection of style and colour and makes it work. And work REALLY REALLY well.
