Absolutely beautiful Anna

Anna Spiro is an inspiring woman. Not only does she run a successful Brisbane (my home town) interior design business and stunning shop, she finds the time to share her design savvy and professional "eye" with all of us on her blog Absolutely Beautiful Things. ABT is a daily read for Kim and I and I know many of you are addicted as well. Anna shares not only inspiring photos from her style files carefully collected over the years, but reveals glimpses of her amazing store and portfolio. A big thanks

I'm posting this to let my "inlaws" (must use quotes because Jeff and I aren't married) know how much I appreciate all their help over the past 2 weeks. They drove 14 (or so) hours from Prince Edward Island and have worked SOOOOOO hard to help Jeff and I with some renovations of our house. Flora did all the cooking (can't tell you how happy that made me) and helped me renovate 2 of the bathrooms and Jim did tons of work in the basement (we've been dying for a finished basement) and a bunch of plumbing and electrical in the bathrooms. They'll be leaving Wednesday and Jeff and I will be sad to see them go. (We don't get to see them very often). So I thought I'd post some pics to show everyone all the hard work they've been doing and to say thanks to the best "inlaws" a girl could ask for.

And here's my pet project - coming up with inexpensive artwork for the powder room. Thanks Jo for the great idea of printing 1's and 2's (in case you forget what you're doing in the powder room, it's like a reminder ;) )

Ledbetter Fullerton Architects

My sister found this firm and told me I HAD to do a post on them. She found so many great photos on their site. Founded by Lee Ledbetter in 1996 and joined by Richard Fullerton in 1997, they have created a nationally recognized firm whose work has been featured in dozens of magazines and won many awards. That's as far as my online Danish translating skills go. boligtorvet.dk.....not sure if it's a homesite for a Danish magazine or an online magazine but regardless of my inability to understand a single word there are some amazing interiors to be found if you have the time to click on everything. Here is what I found.
