No not that White House. This renovation project by SJB in Rye, Victoria is designed to be a place to relax, to close the door and just be. It's simple, clean lines, miminalist but not lacking in creature comforts, provide an oasis for the owners from their busy careers.

A Queen Ann period location home

There is something about original detail in period homes (especially in the U.K.) that gets me every time. There is nothing really to write home about with respect to the decor in this home, except maybe the collection of kitchenware, but I mostly wanted to share this home because of the vestibule foyer. I was poking around Stan's portfolio the other day and was mesmerized by many more of his projects so I thought I would share some that I really love.
