Freedom giveaway
Yay! It's competition time on Desire to Inspire! What? A competition? But DTI never does competitions. Remember the Freedom Furniture Winter 2012 sneak peek a few weeks ago? That rug? The absolutely fabulous Bazaar rug! Freedom realised how much you loved it and well one thing led to another and bingo! A chance to win one for your own. Second prize is the super cool Danish designed Hangover table lamp. Now the bad news ... the competition is only open to Australian and New Zealand readers because, well, Freedom only has stores in Australia and New Zealand and that's where you will pick up your prize. Now the good news .... the competition is only open to Australian and New Zealand readers which means the odds will be amazing for Australian and New Zealand readers!
Here's what you need to do to get one of those gorgeous rugs on your floor. Just answer the question "Why should you win the Freedom Bazaar floor rug?” in 25 words or less in the comment section below. Living in a rental I am drowning in a sea of beige! That stunning rug from Freedom would bring a much needed splash of colour into our home :-)
I just purchased the Freedom Astrid chair and it would look great on top of this rug!
Love the rug and lamp
I'm about to move into a new apartment & this rug would be perfect!!
xo.
due to not having a rug in my living room, I am constantly changing things to try and get that 'cosy' feel. If I don't win this rug I will be forced tocontinue to purchase random items in the hope that one day the room will be cosy. Oh Freedom rug, come be cosy in my living room. I will give you a name and feed you as many margaritas as you please.
I have the inspiration for my patio to be Moroccan inspired. The patio is a large size and all open and so far on a budget I've had limited opportunity to really make it special. Our plan this spring is to build a canopy couch to hopefully make it more inviting and special. Also with working two jobs and volunteering, so thus no time, this rug would really make that time I do have off to enjoy my home and not constantly be working on it
I want to win that phenomenal rug because every piece of furniture in my tiny home is from IKEA; no disrespect to such a valued staple, but I have never been able to afford "grown-up" furniture or accessories like this and it would absolutely revitalize my family room.
But seriously - I do love IKEA.
I'm an Australian resident who is residing in Canada. I would LOVE to win this rug for my Aussie mother-in-law because she could use a pick-me-up after her hubby got laid off at age 63 and because I would also be in her good books FOREVER! :)
A bazaar rug so delicious
I would not put it on the floor
But hang it on the wall
Where it would look auspicious
I am in loveee with those pillows! And this whole look!
XO Star @ Peace Love Wander
I would love this rug as a stylish and practical solution for my lounge room that also serves as a Family Day Care playroom.
I have the perfecT spot
For thE Bazaar RUg

Cruising the net, with a HANGOVER - saw the most BAZZAR thing! An Australian competition giving me FREEDOM to create and WIN a
RUG!! PICK ME!
Why? Because I am hapless, shameless, selfless, fearless, restless, boundless, faultless, childless, priceless, ruthless, spotless, doubtless, odourless, graceless, sleepless, tireless...and most importantly rug-less.
I would like to win this rug because I'm craving something new and fresh, so over second hand.
So many reasons but mainly because. I. Love. The Rug. So. Please pick me!
Too bad i can't enter the contest, i live in FRANCE!!!!! I like all the rug that the lamp... BITUIFUL!
My previous attempt at a rug for our drafty rental lounge room, after many months of dropping coins in "the Rug fund", ended up with my dog having an allergic reaction to it three hours after I laid it on the floor. Two sleepless nights, three vet visits, a course of meds and many many hours of reassuring cuddles, my furkid was feeling better, and my Rug fund well and truly depleted (even after a refund, the jar was in the red!). Having the Bazaar rug in our lives would be fab - its glorious pattern would erase many a bad memory and we could all lay on it without getting itchy, hooray!
I suspect this rug and I may be MFEO.
25 words or less: The Dude needs this rug, it will really tie my room together, man.
Inspired to desire - love, want, must have!
That combo of black/white/pink and yellow is perfect. I need that rug and the oh so cute pink tassles that come with it!
I'm from regional VIC and Freedom is my only access to anything unique! This does what a rug should, sets off the room. Must have!
Wanted: one beautiful rug. Must help baby learn to crawl, withstand kindy dance routine, and hide all manner of mystery stains from naughty three-year old.
This American is crying because she can't enter to win that amazing rug....
