Madeline Stuart is a designer from Los Angeles who's work has been celebrated in magazines such as Elle Décor, House & Garden, House Beautiful, and In Style, and has been included in House Beautiful's list of top 100 interior design firms since 1997. Looking at her portfolio, I can see why. The classic furniture, luscious fabrics and rich colours are incredible. (I am SO in love with the velour chairs in the 8th photo.)

I love MS's interiors. They look so well put together, not overdone but as if they were put together over time. I met her a few years ago and she's a doll.
She may be a doll, but I certainly couldn't live with any of these rooms. Indeed, the 9th one (with the red sofa) is at least six different kinds of awful.
